2012 London Olympics Won't Conflict With Property Investment Seminars Says Rick Otton

Rick Otton believes that the 2012 Olympics in London will give investors the inspiration to learn new investing strategies through his seminars.

The 2012 London Olympics has put London in the center of the spotlight, with made sports fans turning their heads in anticipation of the famous sports event. People will be so preoccupied with the Olympic event that Rick Otton planned his series of property investing boot camp seminars to not coincide with the big sports gathering.

"I know everyone's looking forward to this year's Olympic, because I'm also excited about it myself. I don't want to spoil everybody's fun because this opportunity comes not often. Fun first, then back to business later. Plenty of time later to learn investing strategies, which is good because they can focus more," Mr. Otton said.

Mr. Otton scheduled his free seminars in a strategic point of view, because he believes that the Australians will be more inspired after they watch their athletes reach for the gold in the Olympics.
"I believe in our athletes and I know that they have prepared so hard for this, to give honor and pride to our country. It took long hours of training and discipline for all of our athletes and our fellow investors can learn a lot from them," Mr. Otton added.

Mr. Otton believes that by watching the athletes, property investors and the rest of Australia will feel the fruit of their hardships and dedication to strive to be the best. "The Olympic games can be compared to the property market, in the sense that it takes focus, creative strategies and an open mindset to overcome the hindrances to success," he continued.

The challenge, according to Mr. Otton, lies in the current system wherein the power is given to traditional lending institutions because the investors know no other way. Given this opportunity, these lending institutions take advantage and often set criteria which cannot be met by people with no steady income or those who don't have much money for deposit.

Mr. Otton offers the perfect solution for these problems through his 'How to buy a House for $1' book released early this May. This self-help book provides property investment secrets for Aussies which traditional lenders do not want people to know about.

"The series of seminar we'll be conducting this August is a good opportunity for investors to learn more about the strategies discussed in the real estate book. And I'm sure the Olympic games will give them the inspiration to learn and try something new,"Mr. Otton said.
