24th Annual Le Marché Warehouse Sale Goes Digital on June 6 & 7
BERKELEY, Calif., May 27, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Since 1996, Guy Orban, owner of Kiss That Frog, a wholesale manufacturer and distributor that stocks the shelves of stellar boutiques around the U.S. and online retailers such as Anthropologie, Sur la Table, Magnolia Market, and Williams Sonoma, has been the first to welcome guests at the door of his biannual warehouse sale known as Le Marché Bay Area. Le Marché is a treasure trove of curated household goods from linens to soaps for the modern home with timeless French touches.
This year, however, due to COVID-19, Guy, his family, and team, were faced with the difficult decision of canceling their much-anticipated event. But as emails began to pour in from customers inquiring about the event, they knew that the show must go on - online that is.
"Customers have been calling daily asking if the sale is happening. They couldn’t wait!" says owner, Guy Orban. "Despite everything that is going on, we know we have to deliver and make this event happen. Going online is the first necessary step. We are hoping to get as close as possible to our regulars' expectations. We shall skip the coffee and the croissants we traditionally offered our guests for now but will get the treasure-hunt feel for French quality goods at an exceptional price in place.”
On June 6 and 7 from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m., guests are invited to shop the warehouse sale digitally at lemarchebayarea.com It will be a one-of-a-kind event, with live events happening virtually throughout the day. Each day, guests will be transported virtually to the warehouse and get a touch of France from the comfort of their home. Customers will get to preview the sale starting June 1 at www.lemarchebayarea.com.
