2Toms Sponsors the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon for the 2nd Consecutive Year

2Toms, makers of advanced athletic products to prevent blisters, chafing, and odors, is pleased to announce its 2013 sponsorship of the 15th Annual Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon for the 2nd consecutive year.

2Toms, makers of advanced athletic products to prevent blisters, chafing, and odors, is pleased to announce its 2013 sponsorship of the 15th Annual Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon. This is 2Tom's 2nd year sponsoring the Flying Pig Marathon which will be held Sunday, May 5, 2013.

This year, 2Toms will sponsor the annual Greased Pig Station, supply the event with samples of their anti-chafing product SportShield, will have a booth at the Health & Fitness expo to talk to educate the public on injury & odor prevention with 2Toms and will sponsor ultra runner Jon "Toes" Clinthorne in the marathon.

"We look forward to The Flying Pig Marathon every year," says Katie Smith, Director of Operations for 2Toms. "Not only is the weekend full of fun events, but this is one of the largest charitable events in Cincinnati that attracts thousands of runners and spectators from all over the country."

The Flying Pig Marathon is in its 15th year and includes races for all levels including a full marathon (26.2 miles), half-marathon (13.1 miles), four-person relay, 10K run and 5K run. In addition to the races, The Flying Pig Marathon hosts various weekend events like the Greased Pig Station, P&G Health & Fitness Expo, and Flying Pig Pasta "Pig-Out".

The Flying Pig Marathon Charity Program provides six avenues for charities to utilize the Flying Pig events (Piglet, Kids Marathon, 5K, 10K, Marathon Relay, Half-marathon, and Full Marathon) as a fundraiser. Over the last 14 years, the Flying Piganthropy program has helped participating charities to collectively raise over $10 million.
