New company websites may be a dime a dozen, but a local creative agency is assembling their fan base to comb a brand new website for hidden clues-turning their new spot in cyberspace into an interactive scavenger hunt. 36creative (previously known as 36design) is promoting their new brand and website with a contest that will see some site visitors walking away with very cool prizes.

How can scavenger-hunting cyber-sleuths get started? Fans of 36creative can begin their scavenger hunt by "liking" the new 36creative Facebook page. From there, they will receive their first clue that will send them scouring www.36creative.com for hidden messages, company information, service offerings, and riddles-all leading to a greater understanding of the creative agency itself and a chance at some serious gear. Not only will some fans walk away with great prizes, the hunt itself promises to be a fun, interactive experience.

Prizes for completing the puzzle include an iPad, an iTouch, and an iPod Shuffle. "Far too often, the Web is stagnant, and it shouldn't be," said principal and cofounder Trent Sanders. "Like the Internet and digital media, we are evolving too. By inventing a new way for clients and fans to interact with our site, we get to provide an experience beyond just "click and wait".
