4th Annual "A Fusion of Wine & Food" to Benefit Pro Kids | the First Tee of San Diego

SAN DIEGO, CALIF., August 24, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The 4th Annual “A Fusion of Wine & Food” will be held on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, benefitting Pro Kids | The First Tee of San Diego. The event features a spectacular lineup of rare and fine wines poured by top sommeliers and gourmet food served by top chefs. Staged in a beautiful private residence in Rancho Santa Fe, many guests agree that this is the best wine event they have ever attended.
Robin Stark, Charles Butler, and David Harris started “A Fusion of Wine and Food” with the idea of creating a more lucrative model for non-profit fundraising. All event expenses are underwritten or donated. To date, “A Fusion of Wine & Food” has raised over $175,000 for local charities.
The event will begin at 6 p.m. at the private estate of Brian Pidgeon in Rancho Pacifica, Rancho Santa Fe. Guests should dress in cocktail attire. The evening will also include live entertainment and a silent auction, with unique items including a private golf lesson and club fitting with short game legend Roger Cleveland; a relaxing vacation at a private Kona estate; a Lakers jersey hand signed by Magic Johnson; a weekend getaway to Lake Tahoe; golf threesomes at prestigious country clubs including The Bridges, Fairbanks Ranch and San Diego CC; VinGarde Valise - the ultimate wine travel suitcase; rare and vintage wine packages and more!
The event is open to the public with the purchase of tickets. Cost is $250 per person and $800 for groups of four. Ticket prices increase after August 24. Hosted valet parking will also be available.
