A Full Weekend Of Activities In Arcanum With Troutwine Auto Sales

Online, May 8, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The second weekend in May marks the start of Arcanum's Annual Old Fashioned Days. As one of the first festivals of the season, the Old Fashioned Days kick off on Friday and last through Sunday the 20th. Over the course of the festival thousands of people from across the Miami Valley descend on the Darke County City for the weekend.

Over the three day festival there are plenty of games and events to entertain the whole family. On Friday the festival opens at 4:00 pm with rides and concessions. The older and the old at heart may look forward to the evening activities at Veteran's Park. From 8:00 - 11:00 pm 70s and 80s classic rock will be played by Classified.

Day two also features several highlights, from the annual parade downtown to the golf outing to Dale Clark Karaoke. The parade features dozens of great acts including, the can't miss stunt show performance by Todd Troutwine on his pocket bike.

While the festival closes on Sunday, May 20th, we've saved the best for last. The Annual Car, Truck, & Motorcycle Show begins judging at Noon at Troutwine Auto Sales, 9 N Main St. Registration takes place from 9:00am to Noon at Troutwine Auto Sales.
