a la mode, the creator of the market-leading TOTAL family of real estate appraisal products, announced today their new Community Partnerships Program for supporting real estate appraisers and appraiser organizations on the local, state, and national level.

The Community Partnerships Program gives organizations tools to grow their ranks, reduce member and operating costs, and increase visibility. This is done through a la mode discounts for members, affinity partnerships that give a portion of member purchases back to the organization as cash, partnered education courses, sponsorship of organization events, and more.

"Our history of appraisal advocacy and supporting appraisers and appraisal organizations is nothing new. We're taking that support leaps and bounds further in a way that other vendors have chosen not to," said Matthew Biggers, director of community partnerships. "We'll support every organization regardless of how many of its members use our products. This effort transcends software boundaries. Our investment in the endurance of the appraisal industry is unrivaled and we'll continue to prove this year after year."

The primary focus with this program will be on further empowering appraisal organizations - big, small, local, national - throughout the country. In fact, it's already working with the Association of Texas Appraisers, National Association of Appraisers, South Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition, Ohio Coalition of Appraisal Professionals, and Coalition of Appraisers in Nevada, just to name a few.

"The key battlegrounds facing appraisers are mostly going to be fought on the state level," Biggers said. "It's more important than ever to have powerful and influential appraisal organizations representing and protecting appraisers' interests in each locality and nationally. These organizations can and will have a huge impact on how federal regulation guidance actually takes shape in their states."
