The concept for the 30,000 sq.ft. office was inspired by Zumba Fitness' vitality and passion to serve, which has been captured through contemporary architectural details, vibrant colors, appealing textures and, most of all, by an organic spatial flow.

With budget in mind, Trio harmoniously combined the client's priorities including functionality, practicality and flexibility, to create an aesthetically pleasing environment. The new headquarters of Zumba Fitness are located at the prominent Gulfstream Park Shopping Center, in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Construction is under way and completion is scheduled for Spring, 2011.
