A New Addition to the Bill Reyner Series
Wentworth M. Johnson is back with 'Edinburgh Cuckoos,' a thrilling page-turner and the third novel in his Bill Reyner Mystery Adventures series.
Online, March 11, 2014 (Newswire.com) - William Reyner is a private eye who's seen his share of trouble, and paid dearly for it. He's uncovered the truth behind mysterious murders, saved an associate from being framed, and accomplished a series of dangerous, narrow escapes. However, he's never faced challenges quite like those in Edinburgh Cuckoos, Wentworth M. Johnson's new addition to his Bill Reyner Mystery Adventures series.
Bill Reyner might be described as a bit of Sherlock Holmes, a dash of Indiana Jones, and a loving grandson, all rolled into one. However, he's determined to stop taking cases; his detective work has caused him and others he cares about far too much pain. When a former flame summons him to England, he imagines a harmless vacation is in order; however, he's in store for a great deal of trouble.
A series of mishaps awaits Bill Reyner and his associate, North, in England; but his former flame's new fiancee and lost passports pale in comparison to the great dangers lurking ahead. Despite his reluctance, Bill Reyner can't help but be pulled into the investigation of a missing woman. Amongst a backdrop of picturesque Scottish castles and even more beautiful damsels, he uncovers dark secrets and a puzzle worth millions of dollars, not to mention many lives.
Bill Reyner's journey begins as a simple case taken on during a vacation, but transforms into perhaps his most dangerous mystery yet. Wentworth M. Johnson keeps readers on the edge of their seats during Edinburgh Cuckoos, the third, thrilling installment of his Bill Reyner Mystery Adventures series.
