A Nod to the Past But Renewed Focus on the Future: Gabriele's of Greenwich Launches New Menus

Gabriele's New Menu Offers Delicious Variety of Dining Opportunities

Gabriele's of Greenwich

The ancient Roman deity Janus – usually depicted with two faces, one looking to the past, the other to the future – is the god of transitions and new beginnings. With two new menus – an updated main menu and a new lite bites menu - Gabriele’s of Greenwich straddles time like Janus. The updated main menu looks back to Gabriele’s classic dishes but also includes several new entrants. The brand new Libations and Lite Bites menu introduces a more casual food and beverage menu for the after work “happy hour” group.

The main menu maintains the classic steaks and chops that Gabriele’s of Greenwich has long been known for, but adds a selection of fresh fish that changes daily, as well as several lighter entrées and a varied selection of appetizers, salads and pastas. New appetizers include the Tuna Poke, which has Hawaiian flavors and is a recent bestseller. The new Shaved Fennel Salad is a classic Italian tri-colore. In the Pasta section, the Garganelli is served with a healthy assortment of toppings - black and white chickpeas, diced onions, parma cotto and braised brussel sprouts.

Guests come to Gabriele's for the exquisite food, excellent service and family restaurant atmosphere. We listen to our guests and we take care of them - that's who we are and that's what these changes reflect. You can come here for the classic steak dinner that we're known for, but now you can also find more fish dishes and non-meat options on the main menu and you can also come here for happy hour and enjoy our lite bites in the bar area - it's the best bar in Greenwich and it's been great to see it so busy, especially on Thursdays.

"Guests come to Gabriele’s for the exquisite food, excellent service and family restaurant atmosphere. Gabriele’s offers live music every Thursday night in its main bar area, which does not interfere with the main dining room, except for folks stopping by the bar after dinner for an after-dinner drink and a few songs.

Also new and noteworthy at Gabriele’s, extensive renovations were completed this fall to the second-floor ballroom and upstairs bar, creating Greenwich’s newest private dining and event spaces with several options for private dining and meeting spaces.

About Gabriele’s of Greenwich: Gabriele’s of Greenwich is located steps from Greenwich Avenue, home to one of the most prestigious shopping locations in the country.
