Particularly for TV live shows precision, readiness and rapidity are requested because the errors, apart from being irremediable, are exposed to a much wider public than a theatre's one.
It is clear then how the choice of the agency that takes care of the backstage of a show has a basic role, and an internal organization that includes a wide range of professions is necessary: directors, lights and audio technicians, tailors, property men, stage-hands...each one with his role, from the control of the lights to the research of the objects that will be used on the scene. As in many cases, it's a perfect equilibrium of time and space, in which the lack of any element makes the pyramid collapse: even that who for an inexpert eye looks like a work of poor importance, those who work in the theatre know that without that work the show cannot go on stage.
