His talent has taken him from Singapore to Bermuda, Switzerland to Canada, Florida to Tennessee, and even our nation's capital. Challenged by companies, such as the Specialty Restaurant Group Corporation where he served as Corporate Executive Chef, Chef George developed recipes, menus, and training programs for local and regional restaurant concepts nationwide. His experience with SRG garnered him a variety of management, leadership, and communication skills to teach other chefs and staff integral significance of their roles in accomplishing the collective objective.
