With an aim to provide quality news, A3 News Network (A3 NN) plans to launch an 24 hours national news channel within next six months.

A3 NN will launch its web tv within next three months before its satellite based television channel goes on air. A3 NN will utilize the power of social networking combined with the effectiveness of the quality content. A3 NN is confident of building a viewership of 50 million global users over the internet in a short time frame.

A3 NN will raise close to INR 150 crore on the Exhilway Private Capital Market (EPCM), India's first private capital market via SME VIVO, the proposed private equity fund.

A3 NN is currently valued at INR 669 crore on the basis of the intrinsic valuation calculated by the EPCM.

The news channels in India are gaining popularity as they now cover many social aspects and are not only confined to the news limited content on politics and business. The news channels in India now puts on interesting display coverages on bollywood and small screen, sports, health, sex and music.

A3 NN will hire the top brains from the various established news channels in India, the trick will be to promote and pay them higher. According to the person familiar with the development, many established names are turning to A3 NN in lure of higher packages and effective designations.

An email inquiry mailed to the A3 NN management elicited the following response "We do not comment on speculation, we are in talks with few large tv personalities and we will public there name soon."

A3 NN will benefit from the nationwide digitization as it will reduce the channel distribution cost.

"The news channels in India are these days are gaining popularity as we have many political activist publicly defaming Indian politicians and thanks to all such activities Indian youth now finds the boring news channels again interesting," said Ajit Bose, a public relation manager based in Delhi.
