The new Team will act as the company's primary point for each property, specifically interacting with the property manager or building owner for every building that AM3 serves.

The upgraded call center is led by newly appointed Access Media 3 Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations, Ines C. LeBow. Under Ms. LeBow's new leadership over the past several weeks, the Access Media 3 call center has experienced peak performance levels, reducing hold times by as much as 90%, while continuing to grow its customer base. The call center supports all daily activity and is closely tied to the Customer Relationship Team.

This tenacious operational focus is designed to propel Access Media 3 forward with consistent, exceptional quality service, which will fuel continued rapid growth levels in the Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul markets. The new structure ensures improved executive involvement, while sustaining a superior customer service experience.
