Acerta to Showcase Manufacturing AI Platform at IAA 2019
Acerta will demo its LinePulse machine learning platform for automotive manufacturing as a Microsoft Industry Partner at New Mobility World.
KITCHENER, Ontario, September 9, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Acerta Analytics Solutions, the industry leader in Automotive Intelligence, will be demonstrating its LinePulse machine learning platform at New Mobility World, part of IAA 2019 in Frankfurt, Germany, September 10-15, 2019. Acerta will be exhibiting in the Microsoft booth in Hall 5.0, Stand C21. Visitors will see how LinePulse draws connections between discrete and distant manufacturing operations with a demo based on anonymized assembly line data.
Acerta’s LinePulse SaaS platform uses machine learning to detect the earliest indicators of future product failures. LinePulse enables automakers to identify anomalies in production data and predict which assemblies will fail end of line tests before they happen. Reduce scrap and rework rates, accelerate root cause analysis and minimize the risks of warranties and recalls with a machine learning solution purpose-built for the automotive industry.
Acerta was awarded $2 million in venture funding in December 2018 from Microsoft’s M12, in partnership with EQT Ventures and SVB Financial Group. Since then, Acerta has been leading the way in Automotive Intelligence, working with OEMs and Tier 1s to optimize vehicle quality, safety and reliability throughout the entire product lifecycle.
“The funding and support from Microsoft and M12 have been invaluable in growing Acerta,” said Greta Cutulenco, CEO and co-founder of Acerta. “We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Microsoft at IAA 2019 and beyond.”
Sanjay Ravi, General Manager Automotive Industry at Microsoft added, “Acerta’s LinePulse demonstrates the value of Microsoft Azure by providing machine learning models to automakers that are easily built, trained and deployed to locate early indicators of future product failure.”
