ACT is showcasing its video conferencing managed services at CeBIT Australia in booth Q12. The event is being held this week in Sydney.

ACT's video managed services gives ACT channel customers direct access to an experienced team that oversees all facets of video conferencing - from strategy to infrastructure consulting to implementation of global, multimedia events. ACT will develop customized video conferencing solutions and provide real-time customer service 24x7, relieving channel partners and their clients' internal staff of technical support duties.

ACT continues to experience a significant increase in the global demand for its video conferencing services. According to a report issued by Frost & Sullivan, the demand for conferencing services is expected to continue for several years. Frost & Sullivan reports that video conferencing in North America alone marked a $182.4 million industry in 2009 and is projected to grow to nearly $600 million by 2016.[1]
