Online, December 12, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Advance English Academy held an Open House in Ajax to announce that they have begun to accept registrations for classes starting on January 9, 2012.
The Open House is part of the school's plan to grow their foundation within the Ajax-Durham Region community. Ajax-Pickering MPP Joe Dickson was on hand to see the newly renovated classrooms and to present Director Zsuzsana Dawson with an official certificate welcoming Advance English Academy to the community.
"We are so honoured to have our elected MPP Joe Dickson visit and present us with a certificate welcoming us to the community," Zsuzsana Dawson, Director of Advance English Academy said. "With our Open House done we now plan on inviting our various local cultural organizations and other community members to our grand opening in January. We would like to share our passion and enthusiasm for the English language with both old and new members to Canada."
Zsuzsana opened Advance English Academy after working in linguistics and languages for over 5 years. For the last two years she has taught several ESL classes, teaching dozens of students for other organizations. Most recently she desired to pursue her own venture, sighting the lack of commitment by those organizations to the development of their students.
"As in most educational systems, the increase of larger class sizes has hurt the development of student learning no matter the subject," Dawson adds. "We intend to have smaller class sizes to ensure a warm, intimate, and supportive atmosphere for learning. Our focus on individual attention will help students progress as quickly as possible."
While classes are scheduled to begin on January 9, 2012 Advance English Academy is currently accepting registration to its winter session for their various ESL programs. Discounts for group registration and local cultural organizations are available, please call for details.
