Advisors Assistant® Users Highly Satisfied with CRM

(CMS) is proud to announce that more than 90% of respondents in a recent Satisfaction Survey gave a positive rating of its highly popular CRM - Advisors Assistant®. "We're thrilled with the results," says Shannon Dempsey, CMS Vice President of Sales. "Many of our clients tell us they are pleased with our CRM program and appreciate our helpful staff, however this latest survey really proves what we've worked so hard to achieve."
The two main questions of the Satisfaction Survey conducted by Client Marketing Systems asked clients to rate the following about Advisors Assistant:
1. Overall - rate your satisfaction with Advisors Assistant.
2. How satisfied are you with the support provided by Advisors Assistant?
With hundreds of responses in just a few days, Advisors Assistant Users are 91% satisfied overall with Advisors Assistant and 92% satisfied with the Advisors Assistant Support. In a separate survey conducted by Citrix after every remote session, Advisors Assistant Support has a 96.7% positive rating.
Since Advisors Assistant's 27 years of development is based mainly on user requests, the satisfaction survey also asked for input on three other main questions:
1. What other programs would you like Advisors Assistant to integrate with?
2. Which major feature would you like the CRM to add in 2012?, and
3. Would you like to share any other comments about the program?
