Joshua Kerievsky
Joshua is an entrepreneur, author, programmer and globally recognized expert in agile software development. He is passionate about excellent software and discovering better/faster ways to produce it. He worked for 10 years in IBM Research, and spent 9 more years doing Chief Architect and CTO work in assorted companies big and small. He has been involved with agile since 2000. He founded MobileSpear and subsequently XPand Software which does agile coaching, software education and agile projects in Israel and Europe. Amir brings his expertise to Net Objectives as coach and trainer in Lean and agile software processes, tools, and practices, Scrum, XP, Design Patterns and TDD.
Monica Yap
Monica is an agile coach and ScrumMaster with SolutionsIQ, focused on mentoring, building and leading successful agile teams for outsourced projects. With 18+ years of development experience and 8 years of leading agile teams, she helps customers produce quality products through continuous refactoring, unit testing, pair programming, small releases and an evolving architecture.
Monica has worked with distributed agile teams over the past 4 years in the US, UK and Singapore. A regular presenter at national though leadership conferences - including Agile2005, Agile2006, Agile2007 and Agile2008. Monica also leads volunteer technical and process groups including Agile Open Northwest, Seattle Agile user group, Seattle Java user group, and Beyond Agile.

Michael DePaoli is an experienced agile/Lean coach and practitioner who is passionate about working with organizations and individual teams to help them predictably deliver high-value, high-quality software. Over his 26 years in IT, Michael's experienced has been earned through serving in many different traditional roles in highly respected companies including analyst, software engineer, quality engineer, development manager, project manager, Director of Engineering, VP of R&D and CTO.
