Ali Landry hosted the launch of MOD:Matters On Design

Online, October 1, 2009 (Newswire.com) - MOD: Matters On Design, a new program which aims to bring to the forefront the two elements essential in all luxury, style, and technology, along with the all new 2010 Lincoln MKT collaborate to explore the world of design and divulge some of its most creative forces.

The day commenced with a press conference introducing the launch of MOD: Matters On Design then transcended into
a panel discussion with design luminaries Jeff Andrews, Tyler Blake, and Marjorie Skouras who spoke about the current aesthetics, movements, and concepts that represent design today. Real Estate expert, Chad Rogers shared design trends in the Real Estate Market in a discussion moderated by Metropolitan Home's editor, Samantha Nestor. Following that discussion, designers Tyler Blake, Zoltan E. Pali, and Michaela Scherrer, discussed how changes in technology and innovations with materials drive an idea or work, and what some of the most exciting design-related technological advances are-whether in manufacturing, communication, installation, production of ease, etc.

All Day, Lincoln interactive lounge featured the Lincoln C Concept and the all new 2010 Lincoln MKT, where extraordinary technology met three rows of pure luxury. Guests got the opportunity to test drive the Lincoln MKT and were rewarded with an AMX gift card upon return.

A private cocktail party with Elle Decor, Lincoln, and Metropolitan Home, hosted by actress and designer, Ali Landry was the perfect end to the day with a toast to design.
