Alicia Ellison Grant will be perfoming at the Raleigh State Capitol for the Laying of the Wreath Ceremony in honor of our Veterans.

5/26/10 Durham,NC-Alicia Ellison Grant will be performing at the Raleigh State Capitol Veteran's Memorial on 05/31/10 Memorial Day at 10:00am. The Laying of the Wreath Ceremony is sponsored by the Tar Heel Detachment. This ceremony is free and open to the public.
Alicia wrote and recorded her latest single entitled "Brave Soldiers of the USA." This single pays tribute to our troops at home and abroad.
Alicia Ellison Grant is a native of Walterboro, South Carolina. She is the daughter of Jessie and King Ellison Jr. Alicia is the wife of Calvin Grant and the mother of three beautiful children and one grandson.
She graduated cum laude from Barber-Scotia College. She majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
The Lord has opened the door for Alicia to minister at several churches from North Carolina to South Carolina. She has also ministered through song at several community events such as: The 2009 Raleigh State Fair, The Raleigh State Capitol on several occasions, 103.9 Unity in the Community, 2009 Phoenix Fest, Harvest Fest, The V A Hospital in Durham, NC, The Annual Veteran's Briefing, Fort Story Army Base in Newport News, Virginia and many other functions and events.

Alicia is an ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a songwriter, author and poet.
