Ms. Terry brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and in particular, to her area of expertise, everything from luxury listings and new construction to land development from Salt Lake County to Utah County. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Ms. Terry said:

"I worked for a company in the construction industry for ten years, teaching me a tremendous amount about new construction, builders, and managing a business. Additionally, I grew up around real estate, as my mother worked with a title company for years, so I developed an interest while listening to her tell of her experiences surrounding her work."

As a thought-leader in her industry, Ms. Terry always keeps her finger on the pulse of prevailing trends. In particular, she has been paying close attention to the recent influx of technology companies into Salt Lake City, Orem, and Provo, and the different type of demand for real estate than what her region has typically seen. With such a challenge, Ms. Terry notes that she has sought out a creative solution:

"Where we are right now is now turning into the technology hub. They're expecting 30,000 new jobs to come in within the next three years. So, I'm focusing a lot on relocation and working with H.R. departments. Because we have Adobe and many other technology businesses coming in, my developers are now hard at work finding them land so they can develop it in time for us to build. This has meant that we're doing a lot more multi-unit properties. We also have the baby boomer communities coming in from California and New York who want luxury townhouses and condos, both of which Utah is not known for. So I'm trying to think outside the box and do a lot of research."
