Through the combined efforts of The Henning Group and Discovery Senior Living, All American has been hired to begin construction on their latest project in South Florida: Discovery Village. The 120-unit, $35 million independent living development will open in the first quarter of 2016 on 10 acres at 100 Discovery Way. The senior living community is located between Northlake Blvd. and Beeline Highway, just west of Jog Road.

Discovery Village at Palm Beach Gardens will offer individual, all-inclusive care plans and resort-style amenities in a stimulating environment where residents will have their needs taken care of around the clock.

Features and amenities will include three gourmet meals with tableside service daily, complimentary scheduled transportation, a team of experienced and licensed professionals available 24/7, health and wellness visits, an on-site medical director, onsite therapies, an on-site Medicare-certified home healthcare agency, concierge services, housekeeping, and a full calendar of social and recreational activities.
