New York, NY, December 30, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Alliance Network, LLC and its members, managers and affiliates, are pleased to announce the global settlement earlier this year of all disputes among them. Among other parties to the global settlement, Alliance Network, LLC and World Market Center Ventures, LLC and their respective managers and representatives, Messrs. Shawn Samson and Jack Kashani, have reached an amicable resolution with NAMA Holdings, LLC and its members, Messrs. Nigel Alliance and Mousa Alliance, to the satisfaction of all parties, and all litigation has been dismissed.
