Altep, Inc. Acquires Integrated eSolutions
Online, October 5, 2009 (Newswire.com) - El Paso, Texas, September 28, 2009 - Altep, Inc., a leader and innovator in the fields of litigation support, electronic data discovery and document management, today announced its acquisition of Integrated eSolutions.
IES is a Chicago-based firm that has served law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the Midwest for more than seven years. Prior to the acquisition by Altep, the firm offered paper and electronic discovery, coding, data hosting, reprographic services and software training. The integration with Altep will afford additional technical infrastructure and capabilities, which will support the provision of early case assessment, magnetic media discovery and computer forensics services, as well as large-scale hosting and review.
"Our clients stand to gain a tremendous benefit from our new relationship with Altep," said Joe Riley, Regional Vice President of IES. "We continue to offer the same outstanding service and support they've come to expect from us, and now we're able to provide increased processing capacity for EDD, as well as a whole new range of capabilities to assist with complex ESI, review, production and litigation preparedness. We're very excited to become a part of the Altep family - their standards for quality, service and innovation are every bit as high as our own."
Altep's acquisition of IES was formalized on September 1, 2009. Since that time, Altep and IES have been working to integrate teams, processes and technologies, and develop a roadmap for the future of the combined firms. An open house at the Chicago office is planned for early December, 2009.
Roger Miller, President of Altep, Inc., noted that processing and hosting will now be done both in Texas and in Chicago. "The management and staff of IES retain an active role in daily operations in Chicago, and their experience and skill are an invaluable contribution to our team's success."
