He is an author, professional speaker, and philanthropist who has served as the President, CEO of Crossroads Theater Company and the National Assoc. of Black Management Consultants along with other public and non-profit organizational post.
Dale holds a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
