Gregg A. Walker joined Sony Corporation of America (SCA) in March 2009 as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development. Mr. Walker is responsible for helping to formulate and implement Sony's corporate business strategy, working closely with key executives at Sony group companies worldwide.

Prior to joining SCA, Mr. Walker was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Viacom, where he helped lead numerous transactions. Before Viacom, Mr. Walker was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division, where he advised media and telecommunications clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financing, and strategic alliances.

Mr. Walker graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in 1994 and received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 1997. Today, Mr. Walker is a deacon at Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem in New York City and is the Chairman of the Board of the Harlem YMCA. He is also a member of the Board of Friends of Harlem Hospital and Harlem RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities). He is a former Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations (2003-2008), as well as a Foreign Policy Association Fellow.
