Matt Carter is President, Sprint Wholesale Solutions. Carter oversees Sprint's nationwide rollout of fourth generation broadband wireless services and manages the profit and loss of Sprint's Wholesale business unit, which provides wholesale wireless (voice and data), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), M2M/embedded solutions, and traditional global wholesale solutions to the marketplace.

Prior to becoming President, Sprint Wholesale Solutions, Carter served as President of Boost Mobile, which is part of Sprint's prepaid group, where he was responsible for reenergizing the Boost brand.
