Vaughn Moore is a Senior Vice President, Area HR Manager for the Global Operations and Technology Division at Citigroup. Vaughn is responsible for providing Human Resources support for CitiMortgage Collections, Cards Customer Service, Cards Collections and CitiFinancial Personal Loans employees located in Fort Mills, SC, Greensboro, NC and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Vaughn leverages his experience in human capital analysis through leadership consultation, talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and overall leadership development, to contribute to the overall success of employee engagement.

Prior to his current role, Vaughn was Senior Vice President and Senior HR Business Partner Leader for the Finance and Audit Divisions of Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company. In this role, Vaughn led teams that provided talent acquisition, succession management, compensation, performance management, diversity and effective employee relations support. A key accomplishment was supporting efficiency improvement through global off shoring & outsourcing.

Vaughn is a diversified leader, holding roles as Senior Vice President of EEO Compliance, Vice President of Employee Relations, Assistant Vice President & Employee Relations Consultant, Director of Field Employment, and Training and Development Leader.

Vaughn is a Member of the Society for Human Resource Management-SHRM; Member of the National Association of African American Human Resources-NAAAHR Charlotte Chapter; Member Young Black Male Leadership Alliance and formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors for Alexander Youth Network for six years.

In the area of professional designations, Vaughn has certifications in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, Diversity, and Peter Block Consulting. Vaughn achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio.
