Altus Dynamics Wins Customer Experience Award In 2011 Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards
Online, December 1, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Altus Dynamics announced today that it has been selected as the winner in the Customer Experience Partner of the Year category at the 2011 Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards. The ninth annual IMPACT Awards recognize excellence across the large and diverse community of Microsoft's Canadian technology partners. The winners were announced at an award ceremony in Toronto on November 30, 2011.
"Our annual IMPACT Awards celebrate the great work done in the Partner Community to help customers respond to their business challenges through the benefits of technology," said Eric Gales, President of Microsoft Canada Inc. "Technology partners like Altus Dynamics are always finding new and exciting ways to develop and deliver innovative technology solutions, making them true leaders in their respective fields."
The Customer Experience Partner of the Year Award recognizes technology partners that have a proven track record of delighting their customers, who excel in customer advocacy and who are proactive in relationship management. Finalists demonstrate an exceptional practice of developing trusted customer relationships. Altus Dynamics stood out amongst the partner network for their Client Success Program and approach to customer service. The Program strives to establish and maintain long term customer relationships via a range of tools including ensuring smooth handovers, regular planned communication, liaising between the client and Altus Support and product road-mapping.
Altus overcame stiff competition in their category from Dynamics Manufacturing Solutions and PwC Canada to walk away with the coveted award.
"It was an absolute honour to be amongst the top three of 150 Dynamics partners in Canada for Customer Experience, but to have won is just incredible. I'm very proud of the work that we're doing with our clients and also very proud of all of our staff who are the bedrock of the customer's experience with Altus." commented Colin Dickinson, Managing Partner of Altus Dynamics.
