American Academy Of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital To Host ICAAM Middle East 2012 Live Workshops

Online, November 23, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital is to host 4 live surgery workshops as part of the fifth International Congress in Aesthetic, Anti-Aging Medicine and Medical SPA (ICAAM Middle East 2012) to be held on 23rdand 24th November at the Habtoor Grand Resort and SPA in Dubai.

Unique for this region the four live surgeries will be performed from 7AM to 1PM at the Educational facility of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital and its fully equipped adjoined Operating Theatre, designed for medical educational purposes.

Guest surgeons from Belgium, France, Lebanon and the United States will perform along with the hospital resident surgeons Dr. Hassan Ali, Dr. Hussain Ali Khan, Dr. Steven Hopping. The live surgery sessions will be moderated by Dr. Michael Salivaras, Chief Medical Officer and Head of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital.

A total of four surgeries will be performed during the two-day workshop. Guest surgeon Dr. Patrick Tonnard from Belgium and resident surgeon Dr. Hussain Ali Khan, USA will be performing a practical demonstration of the MACS-Facelift surgery technique for the attending surgeons as part of the agenda of the first day of live surgery workshops, along with a live Rhinoplasty surgery demonstration performed by Dr. Jihad Khoury, Lebanon and Dr. Steven Hopping, USA.

The second day of the workshop will be entirely dedicated to Breast Surgery techniques whereas Dr. Juan Carlos Estrada from Ecuador and Dr. Hussain Ali Khan, USA will showcase the newest breast augmentation and breast lift technique and Dr. Hassan Ali, UAE in team with Dr. Yves Surlemont from France will perform Breast Lipofilling surgery, using autologous fat transfer.
