American Cancer Society's Pensacola Cattle Baron's Ball Raises $117,000
Online, July 29, 2012 (Newswire.com) - The 2012 American Cancer Society's annual Pensacola Cattle Baron's Ball was held at New World Landing Friday, July 20th. This year's event drew over 250 generous guests to come out and donate $117,000. This years' Barons included: Marianne Estess, Teri Levin, The Gamble Family/GRC Realty, Pensacola News Journal, Sacred Heart Cancer Center, Dr. Thomas and Donna Sunnenberg, McMahon Hadder/Larry and Diane Robbins, John and Jerre Peacock, Cat Country 98.7/ News Radio 1620 and New World Landing.
Thanks to all of the donors, supporters, and volunteers who made this event such a success. The American Cancer Society of Pensacola is dedicated to saving lives and creating more birthdays by helping people get well and to stay well through research, education, advocacy and patient services. Since 2001 the Pensacola Cattle Baron's Ball has raised over $1 million. This is the 5th year in a row that New World Landing has hosted the event.
