American Medical Marijuana Physicians Association to Host Second Annual Conference in Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla., October 11, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The American Medical Marijuana Physicians Association announces its second annual conference will take place Oct. 12-14 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista. The AMMPA Annual Conference is one of the largest conferences in the nation dedicated to physician education and the utilization of medical cannabis as an alternative treatment option.
The AMMPA Annual Conference provides an opportunity for physicians and other medical professionals to network with like-minded physicians from around the world that are dedicated to advancing the science and literature associated with the appropriate use of medical marijuana. The conference will provide three days of educational presentations, networking and panel discussions with thought-leaders dedicated to education, research and utilization of medical cannabis to improve the health of their patients.
A number of dignitaries and recognized leaders are scheduled to appear including Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz and over 20 nationally recognized speakers: Lawton Tang, M.D.; Sue Sisley, M.D.; Jerzy Szaflarski, MD, Ph.D.; Lora Brown, M.D.; Barry Gordon, M.D.; Laszlo Mechtler, M.D.; Michele Weiner, D.O., among others.
