America's Remanufacturing Company Announces Investment and Board Expansion

AUGUSTA, Ga., May 27, 2021 (Newswire.com) - America's Remanufacturing Company, a returns management and remanufacturing solutions company servicing OEMs, distributors and retailers, announces that Sherwood R. Belangia and Barry S. Slaymaker, Jr. have partnered to acquire 47.5% of America's Remanufacturing Company (ARC). Belangia is the CEO of ATC Development and managing partner of Belangia Investment Management LLC. Slaymaker is the Vice President of Finance for ATC Development. Immediately following the investment,  Belangia and Slaymaker will join the ARC board of directors.
