AMMCOR Celebrates Continued Business Growth

AMMCOR continues to grow as a company by gaining clients and adding to company staff.

AMMCOR serves as a professional homeowners association management service with pride. They have been serving the Orange County, California area since 1979. As a professional homeowners association management service, AMMCOR has two professional memberships: CACM or California Association of Community Managers and CAI or Community Associations Institute. To add to the professionalism of AMMCOR, CEO Dianne Davega tells us, "Each of AMMCOR's association managers are either CACM or CAI certified. The values of the designations are interchangeable."

While the company was founded in 1979, it was CEO Dianne Davega who purchased the company in 2000. She put a lot of effort into growing the success of the company. Her years of hard work have paid off tremendously. By 2012, AMMCOR was responsible for "managing 63 community associations with nearly 12,000 homes."

By the latter part of 2012, AMMCOR added to their company yet again. The newest addition AMMCOR added to their client list included Spindrifter Homeowners Association in Dana Point. "We are excited to add to our list of clients and accounts. No matter how large or small the association, we are confident in the quality of our professional service offerings."

Besides the addition of Spindrifter Homeowners Association, AMMCOR has also grown their staff base. There have been two new additions to the AMMCOR family. AMMCOR has recently added Karen Zorichak and Delany O'Guinn into the company. Karen Zorichak is a certified property manager. Delany O'Guinn is a welcomed addition to AMMCOR's administrative support team. Each employee will help keep AMMCOR strong and thriving.

AMMCOR will continue to offer their effective and friendly management services for homeowners associations in Orange County, California. They have years of experience and their professionalism has helped to drive their continued success. In addition to AMMCOR's experience, they have great customer services as well. As a company, AMMCOR ensures that their customers will be greeted "by a live receptionist and not by a computerized answering machine," says CEO Dianne Davega. "We also provide aid in conflict resolution," she added.
