Amphibious Billboard Floats and Spins on the World's Largest Indoor Lake

Amphibious billboards, created by bbi Display Systems and locally operated in Ontario by Tynk Outdoor, floated on Ricoh Lake at the Toronto Boat Show featuring Bombardier.

bbi Display's advertising systems recently appeared on the world's largest indoor lake for Bombardier. The Bombardier advertisement was seen on Ricoh Lake at the Toronto Boat Show and received significant exposure reaching convention attendees and exhibitors. The billboard also was seen on numerous television news broadcasts covering the international boat show including Breakfast Television. Their broadcast prominently featured what was the world's first rotating bbi Display system.

bbi's airtight inflatable billboard system was supplied by Tynk Outdoor, the exclusive dealer of bbi products in Ontario. Tynk Outdoor used the optional electric trolling motor on the bbi system allowing the ad to constantly rotate on the water during the boat show.

Ricoh Lake contained more than one million gallons of water. With snow on the ground outside, the indoor lake was a popular attraction. The boat show featured wakeboarding, boating demonstrations, kayak and paddleboat rides as well as Duma the water skiing dog.
