Furthermore, once you’ve won each game, you’ve won them. In the business world, things are far more fluid and the coaching style should reflect that by being much more open-ended.”
It is a great thing to take on the idea of coaching from the sports world, Korey indicated. However, it is absolutely essential to avoid taking this comparison so seriously that you translate the role directly.
