AMS Avondale Hosts First Annual 'All Heroes Don’t Wear Capes' Event
Honoring Military, Veterans, Police, and Firefighters
PHOENIX, October 10, 2024 (Newswire.com) - In a show of gratitude and appreciation, AMS Avondale will host its First Annual All Heroes Don’t Wear Capes event on November 8th at 9 AM. This special event is designed to recognize the courageous men and women in our community who serve and protect, including military members, veterans, police officers, and firefighters.
Phoenix Police Department officers and representatives from two branches of the U.S. Military will be in attendance, with a highlight speech delivered by an AMS Avondale staff member currently in the reserves. Additionally, students will share their reflections through speeches, offering a unique opportunity to hear from the next generation of citizens about the impact of these everyday heroes.
This is a powerful community gathering that will celebrate service, courage, and the unifying spirit of the Avondale community. We invite media representatives to attend, capture the event, and help spread the message of honoring those who protect us.
