General Description:

The Anderson & Anderson Introductory Anger Management/ Emotional Intelligence Class for Adolescents is designed to meet the needs of teenagers ages 15 to 18. The program includes Anderson & Anderson Executive Coaching/Anger Management assessments and curriculum. It also includes a specialized area that focuses on improving the client's level of functioning in five areas: anger management, stress management, assertive communication styles, emotional intelligence, and motivation to change.

Every Tuesday and Thursday (private appts are available mon-fri)

Enrollment fee $150.00 which includes registration, workbook, and client assessment.

Classes are $65.00 per hour and are taught on an individual basis.
