Anderson Performance Improvement Company Wins Fifth "Circle of Excellence" Award from Incentive Marketing for Employee Recognition Program
Online, September 14, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Anderson Performance Improvement Company (APIC), the leader in behavior-based incentive and recognition systems is pleased to announce its latest honor, the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award from the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) for their best-in-class employee recognition program. APIC along with their client, Assurant Specialty Property, was honored to receive the first-ever employee recognition category sponsored by the Recognition Council, a strategic group within the IMA.
The Circle of Excellence award showcases organizations like APIC for effectively designing and implementing high-impact incentive and recognition programs to motivate and engage employees. The award focuses on a number of criteria - strategy, program design, communication, training, results, program management, award selection/fulfillment, reporting, and technology.
"The award is a great accomplishment for Assurant Specialty Property (ASP), and we are honored to be their partner," states Louise Anderson, CEO/President of Anderson Performance Improvement. "This program supports the excellent culture and high growth at ASP."
STAR, the Assurant Specialty Property recognition program, is a company-wide program designed to give employees at all levels of the company the opportunity to recognize each other for their contributions. This is an excellent example of how a recognition program can be used as an effective business tool to meet specific corporate objectives.
The IMA Circle of Excellence Awards will be presented at the 2012 Motivation Show conference on Thursday, October 25 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The program will be showcased during a session at the Motivation Show entitled "Anatomy of a Results-Based Incentive Program & 2012 Circle of Excellence Award Presentation."
The award session will feature a video overview of all four award-winning programs, the actual award presentation, and a 30-minute panel discussion where award recipients will be asked to share insights as to why their program is so successful.
This is Anderson Performance's fifth time receiving the Circle of Excellence Award. These awards are a clear indication of Anderson Performance Improvement's team members' ongoing commitment to creating award-winning employee incentive programs.
