Andrew McCabe and Michael Morell Join Flare Advisory Board

Former Deputy Director of the FBI and former Deputy Director of the CIA to provide strategic counsel to Flare on intersection of threat intelligence and security

Flare, the leading continuous threat exposure management solution provider, today announced that high profile security and threat intelligence experts Andrew McCabe and Michael Morell have joined their Board of Advisors. 

Andrew McCabe, Former FBI Deputy Director 

Andrew McCabe joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a special agent in 1996, beginning his career in the New York Field Office. During the course of his 21-year FBI career, Mr. McCabe held leadership positions in the Counterterrorism Division, the National Security Branch, and the Washington Field Office, and also served as the FBI’s associate deputy director. Mr. McCabe is currently a Distinguished Visiting Professor at George Mason University and a Senior Law Enforcement Analyst with CNN.

Michael Morell, Former CIA Deputy Director

Michael Morell is one of the leading security professionals in North America, with extensive experience in intelligence and foreign policy. During his 33-year career at the CIA, Mr. Morell served as Deputy Director, a job in which he managed the Agency’s day-to-day operations and analysis, represented the Agency at the White House and Congress, and maintained the Agency’s relationships with intelligence services and foreign leaders around the world. Mr. Morell is currently Global Chairman of Geo-Political Risk at Beacon Global Strategies LLC and host of the award-winning Intelligence Matters podcast
