Announcing A New Documentary on the Crisis in North Korea

13-Year-Old Felice News Anchor, Max Jones, to host a hard-hitting documentary about the crisis on the Korean Peninsula, to be released in 2011.

13-Year-Old Felice News Host & Founder, Max Jones, will be hosting, producing and directing a new documentary on North Korean refugees and the situation in the communist state. The new documentary will be entitled 'The Seoul Sisters' referring to the South Korean city of Seoul and North & South Korea as 'sisters'.

This documentary will examine North Korea and the crisis going on there in more detail than any other documentary on the subject by interviewing people from all angles of the situation. The production team will be visiting North Korea, South Korea & China in early 2011 to tell the story of the North Korean refugee and the plight of their escape.

Filming will begin on January 20, 2011 and will conclude in July, 2011. The release date of the film is set to be August 31, 2011.

As mentioned, the documentary will have a collection of interviews from all angles on the crisis. We are anticipating this extraordinary collection of interviewees may include...

Lillian Wu will be co-directing the film and Barrie, ON based Manic Media will be editing the film along with co-producer, Larry Hurd and Art Director, Geza Czavar. The runtime will be 54 minutes and the main language english, although there will be subtitles in Mandarin (Chinese), French and Korean.

Over the course of the next few months, the production team of 'Seoul Sisters' will be searching for sponsors in a number of areas to meet the objective of broadcasting the documentary on a national public broadcasting station such as PBS in the United States.
