Annual Mohican Wildlife Weekend, held April 26-28, focuses on Dragonflies & Damselflies

This unique celebration of wildlife habitat, heritage and natural history features six program sites throughout North Central Ohio's Ashland and Richland Counties. Each site will offer workshops and demonstrations designed to interest beginners and experienced naturalists alike. This year's theme is Dragonflies and Damselflies with several programs dedicated to hearing fun facts and more. Keynote speakers include Judy Semroc and Larry Rosche from the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Judy works as the Natural Areas Division for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History as a Conservation Specialist while Larry is Conservation Specialist for the Natural Areas Division of the Natural Areas Division of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. They both co-wrote "The Dragonflies & Damselflies of Northeast Ohio" with Linda Gilbert.
