Online, December 13, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The first time author launched his book in the presence of eminent academicians, corporate honchos and well wishers who gathered at one of the country's most prestigious universities to felicitate Sid on his latest project.

Because the book covers a wide spectrum of life's moments, it was only apt for a man of multiple credentials like Professor Dr. Seyed E. Hasnain, Vice Chancellor of Hyderabad Central University to grace the occasion as Chief Guest and unveil the book. The unveiling was followed by a copy of 'P.T.O'. being auctioned which fetched a handsome prize of Rs. One lakh twenty thousand (1,20,000 INR). The proceeds were then donated to the CLAP Foundation, an NGO from Hyderabad for their 'School on Wheels,' project, which works towards the education of underprivileged children.

At the event, author Y.Sid Reddy also committed all the profits from the sale of P.T.O. to the 'School on Wheels' charity.
