Another Success for Adroit Oil and Gas

Online, August 16, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Adroit Oil & Gas, LLC is pleased to announce more good news in Palo Pinto County, Texas with the successful drilling of the Carter "A" well. The 4,500' +/- vertical well was logged on August 10th, 2013 and the results of the log were analyzed by our operator's, G & F Oil, Inc., geological team. The log shows the well to be productive in multiple zones throughout the Strawn sands, Multi-pay Conglomerates and Marble Falls Limestone. Our largest zone is the Marble Falls with 300' of productive limestone.

The well will be initially completed in the Marble Falls Zone with completion operations already underway. Adroit anticipates getting the Carter "A" online by the 1st week of September. "With a discovery like this, we are very excited for our partners and are looking forward to seeing what this well can do for us," said Shawn McKee of Adroit Asset Management.

Adroit Oil & Gas, LLC has joined forces with G & F Oil, Inc. to explore this area further and is currently securing additional leases, we are very excited about. "With this being the 5th well in a row to go to completion, we believe we have found ourselves an area we can continue to develop with the same success for years to come," added Shawn McKee.

Adroit Oil & Gas, LLC is currently funding The Bird Joint Venture which is the culmination of data from 15 wells drilled in the area by our operator and a direct offset to existing production. "I believe our successes will continue with The Bird Joint Venture well as it is the next logical step to fully develop this area.
