Anthony's on the BLVD Celebrates 4 Years on Business

Online, August 5, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Anthony's on the BLVD is celebrating four years in business on August 20th, 2011. The Cape Coral restaurant is celebrating their accomplishment by hosting a customer appreciation pig roast and comedy roast of the owner, Tony Serrago.

Tony is looking forward to celebrating four years in business with the people who helped make it possible, his customers. "It has been a challenging four years, but we have gotten through it with the great help and support from the people of Cape Coral. I am looking forward to many more years here and this pig roast is our way of showing our customers appreciation."

This popular annual event will begin at 12pm on Saturday. The $10 all-you-can-eat pig roast will be served until supplies last. The regular menu will also be available. The tented outdoor patio bar will be a great place to meet with friends, see entertainment while enjoying $.50 drafts and $1 Jell-O shots. Patrons can also enjoy playing outdoor games, a limbo contest and cornhole for prizes.

New this year participants will have the opportunity to roast Serrago to help raise money for breast cancer research. The highest bidders will be given the honor of raking Tony over the coals in front of customers, friends and family starting at 7pm.

Serrago, has been personally affected by breast cancer "Right now my sister has breast cancer and is going through treatments. It is something that touches all of our lives and is dear to my heart. This fundraiser is a small way that I can help give back to help research efforts to cure this horrible disease."

Anthony's on the BLVD has been open since 2007 and is located at 1303 Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral. Anthony's on the BLVD recently was voted "Best" in Cape Coral for Restaurant with "Best" entertainment, bar, happy hour and breakfast buffet.
