As prices rise, homeowners in Miami FL surprised to learn their homes are in demand
Homeowners in Miami, Florida who were forced to put off selling their homes because of the downturn in the housing market are now discovering that their homes are worth more than they thought, and there are a large number of buyers looking to purchase those homes.
"Many homeowners began to tune out news about the real estate market while it was all negative," said Ellen Mitchel, CDPE, RE/MAX Executive Realty. "Today's trends are much more positive, however, and homeowners are starting to pay attention again."
Homeowners who had not paid attention to the rapidly shifting market were surprised to learn how dramatically things have changed. "The rate at which prices have risen has caught many people off guard," Mitchel said. "That is why I stay on top of the trends so that I can inform homeowners in my market."
Ellen Mitchel has developed a free report entitled, "The Great Housing Rush" that is accessible from her website, EllenHelpsHomeowners.com.
