Asidua Announce Expansion in Republic of Ireland
Asidua has today announced their investment and expansion plans for Ireland and the growth of their Dublin office. The investment will see their headcount more than double, creating exciting opportunities for new hires.
Online, May 16, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The software services and telecoms provider aims to create 16 new jobs in the near future, driven by the growth of services delivered to clients. The new business will come from larger engagements with existing Asidua customers and new contract awards. The plans see Asidua offering their Application and Data Integration (ADI) services but also solutions based on the Asidua Customer Contact Platform™ (CCP) and Customer Contact Platform for Policing™ (CCP-P).
These services and platforms have been successfully deployed in many major customers including BT, Milton Keynes Council, London Borough of Harrow, Chorley Council a major UK police service and a global mobile phone service provider.
More recently, Asidua have been awarded a contract in Northern Ireland to provide CCP to underpin a single contact management platform for all Central Government.
Commenting on the expansion, Dr Steve Brankin, CEO of Asidua group said: "We've spent the last few years with only a small presence in Dublin, while we focussed on developing the GB market. With that activity well underway and bearing fruit, and with renewed confidence in the Irish region, the time is now right to invest in expanding in Dublin".
Adding to Steve's observations, Enda Reynolds, Managing Director of Asidua's Irish subsidiary, continued: "Asidua has enjoyed real success with our technology services and contact management solutions in the UK. We have no doubt that the same solutions are required in the Irish market, and that Asidua can be successful in supplying them. We plan now to engage with partners and potential clients to highlight our capability and build our customer base, driving the headcount expansion we need."
