ASM Research Awarded 2011 Nunn-Perry Award for Recognition of Excellence in Small Business Program

ASM Research, Inc. is proud to announce that it has been selected as a recipient of the Nunn-Perry Award by the Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs in recognition of its outstanding achievement in the DoD Mentor-Protege program.

This award marks a significant achievement for both ASM and Networking and Engineering Technologies, Inc. (N.E.T.), an SBA certified 8(a) IT Solutions and Management Consulting firm located in Northern Virginia. Through this partnership, ASM and N.E.T. achieved impressive goals in management, development, and growth.

"This award truly reflects our commitment to small business and the Mentor-Protege Program; we have developed a relationship with our protege N.E.T. that is mutually beneficial, but more importantly pays great dividends to our valued clients. We look forward to a very long lasting relationship with our protege," said Karl Davis, Mentor-Protege Program Manager.

"ASM is honored to be a recipient of the Nunn-Perry Award," said John Fraser, Chief Operating Officer of ASM. "We continue to focus on the development of our small business partners and are delighted the Department of Defense is recognizing us for our commitment to the small business community."

First awarded in 1995, the Nunn-Perry Award is a prestigious honor that recognizes outstanding partnerships within the DoD Mentor-Protege program. The goals of the Mentor-Protege program are to build stronger business relationships and elevate small business firms through generating business, increasing revenues and employment levels, and aiding corporate infrastructure.
