ASM Research announces the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology award selection by the Department of Veterans Affairs for the Facility Infrastructure Standard Improvement (FISI) Program, Phase II. The total task order ceiling is $2.4M.
Online, April 16, 2012 (Newswire.com) - ASM Research, Inc. (ASM) is proud to announce the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) award selection by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the Facility Infrastructure Standard Improvement (FISI) Program, Phase II. The total task order ceiling, inclusive of a base period plus two option ordering periods of performance, is $2.4M.
ASM is honored by this competitive selection to continue our support of the Facility Infrastructure Improvement Program. Partnered with our T4 teammate, Information Sciences Consulting, Inc. (ISCI), a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Team ASM is ready to continue its independent evaluation of VA Information Technology (IT) facilities nationwide. Our assessments provide current evaluations and evidence of conditions that in turn feed into funding and scheduling systems at the local, regional, and Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) levels.
"We are encouraged and excited to have this opportunity to continue this work with the VA technical staff and our business partner ISCI to improve service to America's Veterans" said LTC (R) Bill Hanson, ASM Vice President for Data Management.
"I'm especially proud of the work ASM and ISCI accomplished on our initial award. Our work in this specialized focus area of IT infrastructure is helping to put resourcing decisions and corresponding work plans in place" said BG (R) Russell Frutiger, ASM's Government Solutions Senior Vice President. Frutiger further commented that "We've always been great at gaining and retaining high caliber employees and business partners to support a broad spectrum of IT requirements."
"We are delighted to continue our work in supporting the VA on the T4 contact," said John Fraser, ASM's President and COO. "Our history of supporting our client's needs is proven in the industry and this award continues the validation of our extraordinary results."
